GENERAL Qs

  • Our opening hours are Monday - Saturday excluding holidays.
  • We do our best to process and ship your orders within 3 working days of receiving your proof of payment. 
  • Should there be any problems with your proof of payment we will get in touch with you via email or Facebook messenger.
  • Once your order has successfully been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
  • All our packages are shipped using JRS.
    • Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping peak seasons. 
    • On average, larger packages take 3 - 5 working days and smaller packages take 1 - 2 working days.
    • Please allow an additional couple of days for orders placed in December as that is a peak season for shipping companies.
  • Please review your order and details before completing your order. Once you’re happy click “place order” and you’ll have a batch of awesome headed to you as well as a confirmation e-mail message confirming your details.
 

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You don't need to register to place an order. However, registering  is free and you'll be the first to know of our special offers and exclusive discounts!

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

We aren’t able to add items to an order once it has been placed, but if you make a new order within that day and then contact us at hello@deedoedesign.com we’ll do our best to combining these orders so that you can save on shipping. Please include your order numbers within your email. However we can’t guarantee this will always be possible due to the fast turn around.
